How can I book an apartment?

Upon request, we’ll be happy to arrange earlier or later times, subject to availability—making your stay even more flexible.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is equally simple and stress-free at all our apartments:
- Self check-in with a key box. This means you can arrive whenever it suits you.
- 1 day before arrival, you’ll receive a guest booklet with all the important information for your stay.
- You’ll also receive the key box code one day before arrival, at a separate time, so everything runs smoothly. That way, you can arrive relaxed and feel at home straight away.
Is there a contact person during the stay?
Yes, we’re available to you at any time throughout your entire stay. Whether you have questions about the apartment, the surrounding area or services, you can reach us easily and conveniently via WhatsApp.
Is parking available?
Yes, free or reservable parking spaces are available at most properties. You can find the exact details in the listing for the relevant apartment, allowing you to plan your arrival perfectly.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are ready for you in all apartments. They are provided by a professional company, so you can feel at home straight away without having to bring anything.
