  • How quickly can my property be booked?

    As a rule, your system will be fully ready to use within 2 to 4 weeks, provided that all property details and photos are available.

  • What about cleaning and laundry?

    We set up the digital processes for this. (Depending on the package) If you do not have a team, we would be happy to connect you with our experienced partners in the Interlaken region.

  • Does the system belong to me after setup?

    Yes. After handover, you have full control and all access credentials. You can then manage everything yourself or commission us to manage it for you at a later stage.

  • How are tourist taxes billed?

    Where possible, we automate the collection of guest data for the cantonal reporting system, making your reporting a breeze.

  • Are software licences included in the price?

    No. Tool fees (e.g. Smoobu) are charged directly to you, so you remain the license holder. We take care exclusively of the professional setup.

  • How does the payment process work?

    After placing your order, we will invoice a 50% deposit of the setup fee. This reserves your slot and allows us to start the technical implementation straight away.

  • How much time do I need to invest myself?

    After our initial consultation, we take the reins. You simply provide us with the property details—we take care of the entire technical setup, integrations and system training. You save dozens of hours of research and technical setup.

  • Who sets the nightly rates?

    We set up the strategy and (depending on the package) the AI-based pricing tools for you, so you always achieve the best possible rate. The final decision on minimum prices or discounts, however, remains 100% yours.
