How does getting started with HighLiving work?
Our onboarding is straightforward and takes place in three steps:

Viewing: We visit your property in person to finalise the details and presentation personally.
How do I retain control of my property?
Transparency is important to us. You have access to the booking dashboard at all times and can see all occupancy and revenue figures in real time. We always make major decisions in consultation with you.
Can I still use my property myself?
Of course. It remains your property. Through an owner login, you can easily block personal stays, provided there is no guest booking for that period yet.
How can I keep track of my income?
Transparency is the foundation of our collaboration. You receive your own owner dashboard, where you can track every booking and every cent in real time. Each month, we prepare a detailed statement for you, keeping your accounting as simple and stress-free as possible.
What happens in the event of damage?
Damage is handled either through the responsible insurance provider or directly via platform support—we take care of the entire process for you.
How flexible am I? Am I tied in for the long term?
