How we started

It all started with a small studio. We renovated it, furnished it with great attention to detail, and launched it as a holiday rental. We quickly realized that this was far more than just a project – it was the beginning of our great passion.

This first accommodation sparked the desire not only to manage our own apartments, but also to help other owners and companies with the professional management and marketing of their holiday properties. Thus, our portfolio grew step by step: from individual studios to several high-quality holiday apartments, which we now manage with the same care, creativity, and professionalism.

We work exclusively with highly qualified cleaning and laundry companies to guarantee our guests the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort at all times.

Our bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels are professionally cleaned and are always spotlessly fresh and of the highest quality. Each apartment is carefully and thoroughly cleaned after every stay – from visible surfaces to the smallest corners.

All shelves, floors and sanitary areas are kept spotless, so that our guests find a fresh, clean and inviting atmosphere in which they can feel comfortable from the first moment.
