    Upon request, we will gladly try to accommodate earlier or later times, depending on availability – making your stay even more flexible.

    • Self-check-in with a key box – allowing for flexible arrival.
    • You will receive a guest information folder with all the important information for your stay one day before arrival.
    • You will also receive the code for the key box one day before arrival, at a separate time, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

    This way you can arrive relaxed and feel right at home.

  • Is there a contact person available during the stay?

    Yes, we are available to you at any time during your entire stay. Whether you have questions about the apartment, the surrounding area, or services – you can reach us easily and conveniently via WhatsApp.

  • Are parking spaces available?

    Yes, most accommodations offer free or reservable parking. You can find detailed information in the listing for each apartment, allowing you to perfectly plan your arrival.

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

    Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in all apartments. These are supplied by a professional company so you can feel comfortable right away without having to bring anything.

    Yes, all our apartments have free, fast Wi-Fi – ideal for working online, streaming or simply staying connected.

  • Can I cancel or rebook?

    Yes, we have clear cancellation policies so you can plan flexibly:

    • Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
    • 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
