    Your system will typically be ready for use within 2 to 4 weeks, provided all object data and photos are available.

  • What about cleaning and laundry?

    We will set up the digital processes for this. (Depending on the package) If you don't have a team, we will gladly connect you with our experienced partners in the Interlaken region.

  • Does the system belong to me after setup?

    Yes. After the handover, you have full control and all access. You can then manage everything yourself or entrust us with the management later.

  • How is the tourist tax billing process handled?

    We automate the collection of guest data, where possible, for the cantonal registration system, so that your billing becomes child's play.

  • Are software licenses included in the price?

    No. The fees for tools (e.g., Smoobu) are paid directly to you, so you remain the license holder. We handle only the professional setup.

  • What is the payment process?

    After placing your order, we will invoice you for a 50% deposit of the setup fee. This reserves your slot and allows us to begin the technical implementation immediately.

  • How much time do I need to invest myself?

    After our initial consultation, we take over. You simply provide us with the property data – we handle the entire technical structure, the connections, and the system training. You save yourself dozens of hours of research and technical setup.

  • Who sets the accommodation prices?

    We set up the strategy and (depending on the package) the AI-based pricing tools for you, ensuring you always get the best price. However, the final decision regarding minimum prices or discounts always remains 100% with you.
